Fortress of Deva, Romania

The Fortress of Deva is a fortress located in the city of Deva, Hunedoara County, Romania, on top of a volcanic hill. Visit the fortress via a vertical funicular.

Funicular fee include in the entrance fee of the fortress.





Pieces of stone tell us that the fortress were built piece by piece... impressive... It is a ruin fortress and currently on-going reconstruction.
