飛牛牧場 (pinyin: Fēi Niú Mù Chǎng) Flying Cow Ranch
It is a tourist attraction ranch located in the Northern-west of Taiwan, in Miaoli County. The name tells it all; this ranch mainly deal with dairy products and cow raising. Raising 300+ cows in an approximately 50 hectares landscape, composing of 2 species - Holstein and Jersey.
Other than the cows and the barns, they provide accommodations, restaurants, gift shops, BBQ (which have to pre-order via email), handicraft workshop.
** 1 hectare is about 2 football fields laid side by side.

Just rotate the handle at a constant speed till the milk ingredient become ice cream. |
