Edinburgh, Scotland

Edinburgh (爱丁堡), a hilly capital of Scotland. Beautiful chinese name indeed.

A rare trip which I do not need to do my homework for planning itinerary. We are visiting friends who are residing there, Sam and Lilian. Appreciate their warm welcome by fetching us from airport and providing accommodation.

Day 1:

After dropping our baggages in Sam's house, and after a delicious korean lunch, he brought us to Edinburgh Old Town.

The taller building behind us; St Giles' Cathedral
Left: St Giles' Cathedral
Right: David Hume Statue
The Hub, handsomely standing tall right on the junction.
Street-Performers are something that cannot be shortfall in the tourist area.
The Scotch Whiskey Experience
Edinburgh Castle, looming over the city

Scottish National Gallery
Scott Monument
The Edinburgh Dungeon

Generously served dinner; Mookata (Thai Steamboat)

Day 2:

We will be driving out of Edinburgh, towards Glasgow.

Craigie Farm, Edinburgh

Craigie Farm is popular with PYO activitiy. (Pick-Your-Own)

Website will indicate what are the fruits that are available for picking.

Lunch at SeeHow Dim Sum Restaurant. So long didn't have Dim Sum... LOL...

Arthur's Seat;  the main peak of the group of hills in Edinburgh.

Times Flies... Time to leave Edinburgh and head to London...
